I have never put an negative review up but I want to warn you. Do not eat here. We got the family for 5 special. The moo goo chicken looks like snot and taste like something you would get out of the garbage can.(I am not trying to be mean but it is true) the food taste old and the appearance is not gross. All the food was poorly made and had an rotten taste. Needless to say we did not eat. Please take this time to redo menu and think about what you are serving your customers. You are going to end up making someone really sick.

I have been eating here for years and it has always been great. It changed ownership and got even better! The food is delicious for a great value. The staff is friendly and courteous which this day in age is a rarity, and makes the whole experience truly delightful from beginning to end. Heaven Dragon is a brilliant hidden gem that is absolutely worth your time and money.

Service was good. The beef and vegetables had good flavor with fresh veggies, but the beef was tough. My grandson enjoyed his yakisoba.

Love it here. My two boys are picky about their Asian food so this is one of the only places we all agree on. Other than the food being great, my favorite things about this restaurant is they are always prompt, so kind, and they’ve never gotten our take out orders wrong :)

No flavor at all. Fried rice was dry. Ordered chicken chow mein and they provided vegetable chow mein totally bland.

Me and my wife ordered the dinner for 2 and man I have to say this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever had. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great!!!. We wont be going anywhere else for our Chinese cravings. This place has our future business. Dont change a thing

Order was correct staff is friendly it's amazing when you order all the time they remember your name. I love to good here I may live across town but will make the trip for some good food.

The front desk women is so polite & sweet! I personally did not enjoy the food. However, it’s definitely worth what you pay for. Very large portions and the specials are awesomely priced. I would say give this place a shot if you don’t mind cheap Chinese food. I appreciated the great customer service, Keep up the good work!

Found this place on maps. Decided to visit while getting my truck worked on. The restaurant was clean and well set up. The food was very fresh and at a great deal.

The kungpao chicken was great, nicely spiced, and the flavor was incredible. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh no excess oil. The price was fair for the portions. And to top it off the customer service was great. I’m new too Rio Rancho so I’ll definitely be back.
